We do not accept exchanges or returns, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of the Jesalin team.
If this happens, you must notify us by email at byjesalin@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we will not be able to process any claims.
Return conditions
- The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, and with all original labels, wrappers, and packaging.
- The bags must not have been washed, altered, damaged, or deteriorated in any way.
- Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
