At Jesalin, each piece is carefully handcrafed and inspected before shipping. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges or returns unless the item has a manufacturing defect or there was an error on our part.

If this happens, please email us at byjesalin@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

After this period, we will not be able to process claims.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original tags, dust bags, and packaging must be included.
• The product must not have been washed, altered, damaged, or exposed to conditions that could affect its quality.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue the corresponding refund using the original payment method.
