Return Policy

We do not accept exchanges or returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect or there was an error made by Jesalin´s team. 

If this occurs, you must notify us byjesalin@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

After this period, we will not be able to process any claims.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date the product is received.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original tags, packaging, and wrapping.
• Bags must not have been washed, altered, damaged, or deteriorated in any way.
• Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
